Tea an aromatic drink perks you up in the morning. It is a refreshing and rejuvenating drink that pumps in energy to your system. With increasing use of tea bags for convenience, it is always questioned which is better among tea leaves and tea bags. Whole leaf tea means tea made of unbroken whole leaves. Tea bags use tea powder. It is generally of low grade. These particleshave larger surface area leaving the essential oils to evaporate. This makes the tea bags dull and stale. Freshness is not maintained in tea bags as they are packed in paper wrappings. Hence tea leaves are preferred over tea bags.

In this world where everything is weighed based on its benefits tea too is weighed on a scale for the same.
